My name is ALICE OTIC AMELEONA, born in Cebu City on December 19, 1968. I am presently residing with my children in Upper Peace Valley, Lahug, Cebu City. I’m a single mother of 5 kids, with ages 22, 21, 19, 17, and 13 years old.
I graduated from High School in the University of the Visayas in 1984 and pursued my college education in the same University up to second year for my course on Cosmetology which made me become a Beautician, make-up artist and all around. I also worked as an Appliance Sales Agent with Metro Appliance Centrum. Beautician at the same time Appliance Sales Agent used to be my means of living until one day in the year 2000, I was recruited to selling real estate which I thought I could not do at first but with my determination to study hard and adopt this new arena of selling, I was able to sell a house and lot in Nichols Park worth 8 Million in 2001 and a house and lot also in Tuscana worth 4.7 Million in 2003. I was so happy to have awarded the highest sales performer within these years and I also received a loyalty award in the year 2005 by our Company.
I have special knowledge on low cost housing and middle cost housing all over Cebu City, Mactan, Talisay, Minglanilla, Consolacion and Liloan. I also know a lot of condominium projects and with my working knowledge on these projects, I can provide you a lot of information that will be very helpful for you to find that house and lot or condo unit that you will be very happy with.
